T90 is a non-woven insole material designed for use in cement lasted footwear and Veldtschoen / stitch-down constructions.
T90 can be used with or without a sock lining. It is also used in welted footwear with inclined or upright ribs, giving excellent bonds.
Texon™ non-woven insoles are manufactured using a combination of materials and processes to create the required properties to suit multiple applications efficiently.
Non-woven textiles are created by blending, carding and needling synthetic fibres, reinforced by selected resins. Other reinforcing processes may include thermal bonding, polymer extrusion, emulsion coating, powder scattering, printing and buffing.
Standard thicknesses of T90 are 1.50mm, 1.80mm, 2.00mm, 2.25mm, 2.50mm, 3.00mm
T90 is available in Charcoal, Chrome, Beige and Golf (brown) as standard. Other colours are made to order and quoted separately. All products are supplied in sheets.
